Martin Bramah is one of rock's great visionary presences - a master songwriter, influential musician and a unique talent.
Here he took an unusual turn, a stripped-down folk approach to songs, some of which he later remade with a full band.

A work of considerable power and subtlety. Certainly a grower but I was hooked on first listen and it seems to improve on subsequent plays. Well done to everyone involved and good luck for the future, hopefully a long and successful future.

Blue Orchids was yet another band from Manchester England's rich music scene, also known for occasionally being Nico's (from Velvet Underground of course) backing band. Seems they've resisted modernizing their sound yet still managed to be contemporary.
